The fish shop HAV.dk has together with Portuguese IVO designed a super functional oyster opener.
The long, narrow blade is the fishmonger's favorite blade, regardless of which oyster needs to be opened, whether it is Danish Limfjord oysters or French Gillardeau oysters, this oyster opener does it to perfection.
The handle is in black plastic and shaped to lie firmly in the user's hand.

Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
