This 180mm Bunka knife is a perfect example of traditional Japanese craftsmanship, combining functionality with aesthetics. With a core of AUS-10 steel and a beautiful damascus cladding, this knife offers exceptional sharpness and durability. The tsuchime finish ensures that the knife is virtually rust-free and requires minimal maintenance. The Japanese WA chestnut wood handle provides a comfortable grip that makes cooking a pleasure.

Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
