Description & specifications
Shun presents their new anniversary knife!
Every year we have the pleasure of a new anniversary knife from Kai Shun. This year we have received a super nice santoku, as an addition to Shun's iconic Classic series.
It measures a full 61mm from the heel, so there is good height and plenty of space to work. Instead of the classic black pakkawood on the handle, it has been replaced with a beautiful red handle made of the same material.
The core steel is Kai's own alloy, VG-Max surrounded by 33-layer damascus cladding.
Only 3000 pieces of this masterpiece have been produced, and all knives come numbered with a serial number.
