If you want a standing knife magnet, you can hardly get it more elegant than the Stonehenge models from KAI Shun.
This is the "small" model with room for four knives, two of which can be relatively large chef's knives.
The blocks are made of American walnut wood and are mounted on a stainless steel plate.
Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
