These neat herb scissors excel in elegance and sharpness. The scissors themselves (the steel) are made of the well-known VG-10 steel, which gives the scissors a lasting sharpness. Its short leaves make it suitable for cutting the very small herbs. In addition, the handle is made of hard plastic that is hygienic and symmetrical, which makes it suitable for both right- and left-handed users.
Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
