Khii Studios is a small woodworking shop located in Wakayama, Japan. They primarily make furniture, but have also been producing the handles found on Konosuke's knives for many years. If you are familiar with Konosuke's products, you know that the fit and finish are always top-notch, and this is certainly the case with these handles. All of these handles are engraved with Konosuke's kanji '幸之祐' at the bottom.
This handle is made of ebony. It is octagonal (WA) and is slightly narrower than other classic WA handles you may be used to. We believe the handle fits best with 210mm Gyuto/240mm Gyuto/270mm Yanagiba/270 Sujihiki.

Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
