His many victories often led to champagne. The saber, which was the preferred weapon of Napoleon's light infantry, was used during celebrations to open champagne bottles.

Laguiole En Aubrac, known for their quality and craftsmanship, has created a champagne saber inspired by the traditional Laguiole design.

The handle is made of ox horn from Nigeria. An incredibly simple yet beautiful material that boasts classic lines and simplicity.

Wood, horn, and bone are natural products, and each piece has variations in color and texture. There may also be knots in the wood.

Maintenance & use

Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.

Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
