An absolutely fantastic knife set, with this set you can handle almost all tasks in the kitchen. The santoku is really good for the larger tasks, the utility knife for the smaller ones, as well as filleting some fish and paring meat. While the herb knife is good for working by hand, such as smaller vegetables.
Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
