KAI Shun Stonehenge knife block in walnut wood
If you want a standing knife magnet, it can hardly be more elegant than the Stonehenge models from KAI Shun.
This is the "small" model with space for ten relatively large chef's knives.
The blocks are made of oak and are mounted on a stainless steel plate.
Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
