Description & specifications
Khii Studios is a small carpentry shop located in Wakayama, Japan. They primarily make furniture, but for many years have also produced the handles you find on Konosuke's knives. If you know Konosuke's products, you know that fit'n'finish is always top notch, and that is certainly the case with these handles. All these shafts engraved with Konosuke's kanji '幸之祐' at the bottom.
This handle is made of laurel. It is octagonal (WA) and is a bit narrower than other classic WA shafts you may be used to. We think the stock is best suited for 150mm Petty/170mm Santoku/Honesuki
