The Khii Studios x Konosuke Laurel Handle - Large is a unique product from the renowned woodworking shop Khii Studios, located in Wakayama, Japan. This handle is not only a high-quality craftsmanship, but also a piece of art that combines traditional Japanese design with modern functionality. Made from exclusive laurel wood, this 8-sided (WA) handle offers unique ergonomics that make it ideal for 210mm Gyuto, 240mm Gyuto and 270mm Yanagiba knives. With a perfect fit and finish, this handle is engraved with Konosuke's kanji '幸之祐' at the bottom, adding a personal touch.

Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
